At Mochi Phone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new technology. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Mochi Phone account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Device
Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and disable 'Find My Phone' services, then securely pack the device in its original box with all included accessories.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
